  1. To be eligible to enter, entrants must be following Topsify's Something In The Orange playlist, Morgan Evans and Topsify NZ on Spotify and be a New Zealand resident. If a winner is drawn and they are no longer following Topsify's Something In The Orange and Morgan Evans then their entry will be deemed null and void. 
  2. You are providing your information to Warner Music New Zealand and not to Spotify
  3. Employees of Warner Music, Their Agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. All entries must be made via the online entry form.
  5. Entries are limited to one per Spotify account. Entries must be received by the specified cut-off time on the End Date. Entries received after the End Date or otherwise outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. The Sweepstakes may only be entered from and in New Zealand. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an Entry is “received” when the Registration Page’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming entry, a “thanks for entering” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the Entry. Any attempt at entry except as above stated is void. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor, Artist and their respective Affiliates assume no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries, or for human error, or malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software or any other technical problems related to Entries submitted through the Registration Page. To enter an entrant must be a registered user of Spotify. If an entrant is not a registered user of Spotify, the entrant must visit www.spotify.com to register for free. Registration for and use of the Spotify platform is subject to its terms and conditions and Sponsor has no responsibly with respect to such registration or use of Spotify. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Spotify.
  6. No responsibility is taken by Warner Music NZ for late, lost or misdirected entries. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Entries must be received no later than 23:59pm on Thursday 31/08/2023. 
  8. The draw will take place at 10am on Friday 1/09/2023. The prize winner may be posted on the Warner Music NZ Facebook page, the Warner Music New Zealand website and will be notified by email.
  9. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification on or before Monday 4/09/2023 at 10:00am the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Warner Music NZ and another winner will be drawn immediately.
  10. Warner Music NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  11. Prize is 1 x Double Pass to Morgan Evans Live in Auckland at the Powerstation on Thursday 7 September 2023. 
  12. The prize winner is responsible for any other accommodation and travel costs including airport transfers.
  13. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
  14. Entries will become the property of the promoter. By entering, you agree that your details may be used for database purposes. You will receive promotional information from Warner Music NZ from time to time and may unsubscribe at any time.
  15. Warner Music NZ and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  16. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner is unable to take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and no cash will be awarded in lieu of prize.
  17. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion becomes unavailable for any reason Warner Music NZ has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative.
